Operator and beta service

CardWithAI is developed and operated by A-Hedin Konsulter in Sweden. It is currently offered as a limited founding customer beta. Features, availability, usage limits and the service format may change as the product develops.

Card owner responsibilities

Card owners must provide accurate professional information, have the right to publish it and review the material used by their AI card. The service must not be used for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.

AI-generated responses

AI responses can be incomplete or mistaken. They are intended as an introduction and not as legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. Important information should be confirmed directly with the card owner.

Acceptable use

You may not use CardWithAI to impersonate another person, publish material without permission, probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, distribute malware or create unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive or harmful content. We may suspend a card when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service.

Availability and limits

We use reasonable safeguards and usage limits, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed during the beta. Individual live cards may limit how many questions a visitor can ask. Maintenance, providers and network conditions can affect availability.

Fees and ending the beta

Any beta fee, included work and ongoing service will be agreed before work begins. Either party may end a beta arrangement according to that agreement. We may change or discontinue the beta, with reasonable notice where practical.
